The measurements are provided in millimeters and represent the following: lens width, bridge width and temple arm length. I love these sunglasses. As someone who is infamous for losing her sunglasses, actually, it's a testament to how great these are that I was willing to buy them twice. (Managed to keep my last pair for a couple years before they were a casualty to my chaos.) They're worth every penny and then some - so comfortable and versatile (and super cool I might add).
